Draft for review before public launch
About these terms
These terms explain how you may use the National Parents Alliance website and its Founding Community registration. The website is operated by National Parents Alliance Ltd, a company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales (company number 17456903). Our registered office is 12 Fratton Road, Portsmouth, England, PO1 5BX.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access, or misuse its content or other people's information. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the website or other users.
Founding Community registration
Registration for our Founding Community is free. It allows you to follow NPA’s development and, if you choose, express interest in volunteering or contribute experience and ideas. Registration is complete after email verification. It does not create paid NPA membership or formal organisational affiliation, and does not oblige you to purchase either later.
Please provide accurate information. Do not submit confidential information about other people, unlawful material or sensitive details about children through the contact form or listening question. NPA uses submissions to understand community priorities and respond to enquiries as described in the Privacy Policy.
Paid memberships are not currently offered. Before any paid plan launches, we will publish separate terms covering its price, billing and renewal, cancellation, refunds and any applicable consumer rights.
Content and links
Unless stated otherwise, NPA owns or licenses the articles, images and other material on this website. You may link to public pages and share article links. Please do not reproduce substantial content or use our branding without permission.
Our articles are general information and opinion, not individual legal, medical or other professional advice. We aim to keep them accurate, but cannot guarantee they are complete or always current. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Liability and your rights
We may change or temporarily withdraw parts of the website for maintenance or other operational reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
Privacy, changes and contact
Our privacy notice and cookie notice explain how we handle personal information and cookies. We may update these website terms as the service develops. For questions, write to National Parents Alliance Ltd at the registered office above. You can also use our contact page.
